Docuphile Media, LLC specializes in programming, consulting and producing non-fiction film and video.

Docuphile Media, LLC was founded in March 2006 by Founder and President Karen Cirillo. Cirillo spent four years as Festival Coordinator and Associate Director - Programming at the Full Frame Documentary Film Festival, where she honed her passion for the documentary form. She served as the Shorts Programmer for the True/False Film Festival and has been a program advisor for Silverdocs, IFP, Human Right Watch, Margaret Mead Film Festival, Duke University Screen Society, the Center for Documentary Studies, Docuclub and Documentarist. She has served on juries at Dokufest (Kosovo), Full Frame and the Adana International Film Festival.
As the Executive Producer of Children's Broadcasting Initiatives at UNICEF, she ran the One Minutes Jr., conducting film workshops with youth around the world. She currently makes films, photo essays and stories and manages communications projects for UNDP's Istanbul Regional Hub for Europe and Central Asia.
